we had bought a temper mattress from you last year and we have found it was making us both hot, so I phoned Dreams and made an appointment explaining why we needed a new mattress. The staff understood our problem and guided us to a natural fibre mattress. we went on the Dreams simulator, then the Nafisa showed us the mattress which would should suit us better. Nafisa understood our problem and was very help full

Kafisa was excellent, her product knowledge, her kindness, her patience and her coffee are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, happy to help and a great personality she really was brilliant - so thank you. And I have to mention all social distancing measures were excellent too, being a nurse that is so very important at the minute.

Amazing customer service! Shop assistant Nafisa was super knowledgeable and extremely welcoming! Would definitely return to this shop. We were also offered water, tea or coffee while at the shop. Top top service from Nafisa at Cambridge Behive center shop
