Wonderful customer service a lovely friendly visit.

Very good customer service( Ross was our assistant at Ipswich) knowledgeable and helpful. Later phone call with Ross was excellent.

I really like the way the staff were polite, offered us drinks, took the time to incorporate my 4 year old so that he felt part of it too.

We were served by Edward in Cambridge who was very quick to offer help when we arrived. He was incredibly useful for the whole time, providing really helpful information and never faltered to show and tell us more when we inquired. Whole experience was very relaxed and enjoyable, 10/10 service.

The person who helped me at the Ipswich branch i think his name was Paul was fantastic. Put us at ease, so knowledgeable and rally helpful. Lovely store. We went in on the off chance and will always use Dreams from now on.

Went in expecting difficulty because I wanted specific bed but got all help I needed straight away.

We went to look but when speaking to Mathew we were convinced to purchase a mattress.

Excellent service

we visited the stored twice in order to make this purchase. On the first occasion Edward dealt with us and showed understanding of our needs and good product knowledge. When we returned to complete the purchase we were surprised that Edward remembered us. Again, we were dealt with in the most professional manner. As mentioned earlier we were disappointed at the length of time between ordering (03-02-22) to delivery (21-03-22).
