Customer service we received from the staff Rob was great, the staff practiced social distancing, there were mask available / provided in case you have forgotten yours that helped to reduce anxiety because you take your time to shop and don't particularly feel anxious to leave the shop in a hurry (because other customers haven't got mask on). Hand Sanitiser was available to use to keep safe.

Having already visited two other shops we found Dreams to be the best experience. We were greeted at the shop entrance and the social distancing and other guidelines were clearly explained. The shop assistant then gave us all the information we needed to choose our mattress. We really appreciated the high level of customer service.

Customer service was good and friendly and kept to the 2 metre distancing and wearing masks which is what every shop should be doing
