My visit was quick and easy to find what I needed and I got the assistance I needed to help me choose what I wanted

The staff were very helpful and courteous to us and we weren’t rushed at all. This is the second time we have bought from this store and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again in the future.

Man greeted us and was happy to help us find the right mattress for us. Was polite and patient even with our 2 children running around.

We visited the store twice. The first time we entered Nick was very polite, not at all pushy. He listened to our comments as we tried different mattresses and responded with appropriate amount of information to help us come to a decision for the right type of mattress for us. As Dreams was the only bed shop we had been to Nick was very understanding when we said we wanted to think about the cost and look at others. We returned this weekend to retry mattresses in the morning and returned to Dreams. Nick greeted us with a smile and his calm manner. Showed us the mattresses that we had looked at before and did not rush us. We have been very satisfied with the customer care from start of process to the end.

Me and my husband and son was highly satisfied with your staff we when there to making enquiries about products in the shops like the kind mattress and bedding we needed our our bedroom.But Micheal ended changing our mind to buy the mattress and bedding he was so good with his customer service and also with Nick they make me and my family to be comfortable.We feel at home they make me my favourite hot chocolate and love it

Excellent service. Edward helped us in a very professional way. He didn’t try to rush us but went over options very calmly and gave us space to talk things over. He was very helpful.

Edward, the member of staff who served us, was very attentive, friendly and informative. He remained patient throughout the transaction and helped with his knowledge every through every step. The selection of beds and mattresses in the store was good. The layout is very easy to navigate and feels a nice open space

The young man (Matthew) who served me was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose the right product for me. He was polite and gave me plenty of opportunity to say exactly what I wanted and felt I needed. It was a satisfactory experience. I haven't had the bed delivered yet, I didn't expect it to be delivered for a while, so these answers are based on the shop experience.
