Wow how lovely is Nafisa? She greeted us with a lovely friendly smile & came straight over to us to explain all the new procedures in place to keep us safe. We were offered water, a paper towel to lie on, pillow protector, hand sanitiser, face masks & even a bottle of water. When Nafisa said she would have to escort us around the store I felt a bit annoyed at first as I usually like to browse with no pressure but I’m so pleased she did because she really listened to our requirements, took us to display beds that suited our needs & her knowledge on the beds & mattresses was really appreciated. At no point did I feel under any pressure. We were shopping for a bed for my teenage daughter & she usually feels awkward in these kinds of situations but she really liked Nafisa too. My daughter thought the sleep match was great & Nafisa even offered the chance for my younger daughter to have a go so she didn’t feel left out. Nothing was too much trouble for Nafisa - she provided a 5* service & I have already recommended Dreams to my sister who is looking to buy new beds.
