Robert was very friendly and not pushy in slightest. It made the buying experience far more genuine and considering the store was so empty it could have been a lot more awkward

Nafisa in Cambridge store was very friendly and helpful. She was available straight away. Answered all our questions and very knowledgeable. We had no doubts leaving the store , after our purchase. She offered us water as well. She particularly made the whole experience was very enjoyable and also swift !
