I booked an appointment at the Cambridge store and I found that by having this, with the store empty of other customers, I was able to take my time in trying the beds and making my choice. The whole purchase process was well managed, both from the safety measures in place, in terms of the current Covid 19 situation, through to Nafisa’s knowledge and approach to assisting me. The level of customer care was excellent, and I would certainly recommend the Dreams store to my friends.
