We were greeted by Kevin and he explained the process of mattress assessment. The whole assessment and being shown the suitable products was very efficient, we were left to try the products in our own time. Once we had decided the ordering was very efficient, a colleague made us coffee while we were going through the ordering. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable.

He gave us time to look at the products on our own to decide without pressure and this enabled us to choose what we really wanted.
