Hi I visited dreams on Saturday 4 December 2021. We our Cheltenham store.after lots of bed trying we come to like the Holman k mattress. Kevin was really professional in helping us to find the right mattress for our needs. We had our eyes on a mattress but we’re given some fantastic advice on another mattress which we went for. We also felt that as we have a new born on the way that we should take full advantage of the extended cover.

Very helpful sales team

We visited the Cheltenham branch and were looked after by Ian who was thorough, honest and very helpful in advising us on our bed purchase. We really appreciated some actual sales expertise with no pushy sales techniques in a very relaxed and friendly shop. Other member of staff also very friendly (sorry didn’t get her name)
