I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and with the advice I was given.

Kevin the sales advisor and the manager were very helpful in sourcing a small double mattress for us as they only had 1 in stock. They called the Worcestet store and had it set aside for us to collect and offered to collect it for us.

The service instore was excellent form start to finish. The staff were helpful but not in the least pushy. They gave us the information then left us to make our own decision, which we were very happy with. The staff knowledge of the stores products was great & very helpful & enabled us to make an informed decision.

The manager took on our case himself and made sure that we got the best deal Dreams could offer.

As soon as we entered the store we were assisted, we were able to try several beds , we were asked about any health conditions or pain as to find the suitable mattress, until we found what was right, she explained all the options available with the payment, and we could have our old bed taken away

The salesman I spoke to did not immediately know the answer to one of my questions but he pursued the issue and rang me back promptly wit the answer
