The sales assistant had only started the day before at this particular store. Although he had previous knowledge on mattresses he obviously is going to be an asset to the store because of his eagerness to assist the customers, having said that in no way did his manner involve any kind of hard sell. We felt under no pressure to buy the mattress.

Kevin was very helpful and helped us choose the right bed for us, cost was very good and great that they can take away the old mattress.

Start to finish an absolute joy. Went in an afternoon just to have a browse & measure a few for the space I had available & I was met immediately by a friendly, extremely helpful assistant who helped me narrow my search to exactly what I needed & talked me through each option. This then made me want to purchase from that store (Cheltenham store) in particular after the level of help. On second trip was then helped by the store manager to make a final decision of what bed & mattress would best suit my needs & when I could get it in the quickest time. All round professional, super friendly & made the whole experience easy & comfortable. Would recommend to everyone!

I found my experience with Dreams very professional and considering I needed alot of help to find the right bed, the knowledge and help I experienced from Ian was outstanding. I left the store knowing I had found the right bed for the right price I wanted to spend.
