Dreams - Cheltenham

Ian, the store manager at the Cheltenham branch in the gallagher retail park was so helpful. We went through the sleep machine and then through the recommendations. He gave us a little time to chat and go around to a couple we were deciding on whilst he then served another customer. Ian was very attentive, understood the products and ordering etc was super smooth. All in all a great experience and so much easier than we'd expected. We're very much looking forward to our new mattress.

From the moment I entered the store staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. There was a really nice atmosphere in the store. I would like to mention Kevin who was the assistant who helped me, he was absolutely brilliant and I cannot praise him enough, his manner, knowledge, everything was absolutely top notch and he is a credit to the company.

Your assistant B316 Anne was extremely professional and after processiing our order I did compliment her on the level of customer service. Whilst we were clearly shopping for a new super king mattress we felt absolutely no pressure to buy but were helped along the way in what we needed. We found your 3d software and test bed an ideal piece of equipment.

Kevin was friendly and didn't put any pressure on us. He told us all the product information and left us a reasonable amount of time to make our decision! He was polite and courteous. I liked that there was no pressure.

The staff at the Cheltenham store went above and beyond for us, we spent hours testing mattresses and they were more than happy to put up with all our awkward questions.

The moment I stepped in the store I felt at ease. I was able to look around for a few minutes and was then offered guidance and advice which I took and explained what I was looking for. The staff member was extremely helpful and provided knowledge, suggestions & time. It is the most enjoyable experience I have had in a store in a long time as it felt like I was really being listened to and that what I had to say was important. I wasn’t just being sold something that would do or pushed to something more expensive. I will definitely be back for other products in the future and would highly recommend Dreams to others.

Michelle who we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, understood our needs, did not rush us, left us time to think. Hence we went back on the day to place our order with Dreams and Michelle also offered us a drink. Thanks Michelle.
