Excellent help. Friendly staff

Excellent and knowledgable service from Michelle. We went to Dreams totally confused after visits to other bed retailers but came away feeling we had made the right purchase at a good price.

Kevin (Cheltenham store, B316) gave us exceptional service, was very friendly and knowledgable but not pushy in his approach either which was welcomed. I e went in to start the process of looking for a new mattress but we were so happy with the service Kevin gave and the help we received that we actually made a purchase on the day

The store had a very wide selection of beds to choose from. Ian (the store manager) could not have been more know knowledgeable and helpful.

Kevin met us at the door and used the special bed to find us the perfect mattress which turned out to be different to what we expected. He took the time to take us round store and try the different options in a non-pushy way. He also gave us time to try things on our own. The manager also gave us some advice about how the tempur might feel different on our bed frame. The added bonus of a cup of tea whilst we were going through the process of ordering was really great too.

Kevin at the store was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He welcomed us, knew exactly how to help us, was courteous to both me and my daughter, he offered us a drink, maintained excellent social distancing and was just lovely. He explained things really well, was very professional but also really warm in his approach and was 100% better than the chap that we had spoken to in another bed store. What a great guy and I would definitely go back as a result of him. In fact I was socializing yesterday evening and told everyone about him.....he's a real credit to your team at Cheltenham.

Our visit was made so much better by the assistant Kevin who was very helpful and allowed us plenty of time to make our choice along with his advice.

The guy had exceptional knowledge! The passion he had about the beds and guidance he gave literally blew me away! Never met a shop assistance who really knew their stuff like this guy did - massive well done to him
