I think Dreams have a good variety of beds and I found the perfect one for myself. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Kevin in the cheltenham branch dealt with my purchase. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient at his job. Excellent customer service skills I would recommend this store to anyone.

My partner and I went to dreams just have get some ideas and have a look around.we were approached by a member of the sales team (Anne I think) she was really friendly and seemed to have a lot of information to share. She was not pushy or overbearing at any point which is something we have experienced in the past at other stores (not dreams). Kevin then tooo over from Anne as she had already stayed longer as she was supposed to be going home. They were both brilliant! I would 100% come back and recommend the team at dreams to friends and family. We both felt well looked after and we’ve received all information about the products which we ended up purchasing. We’re really looking forward to trying out our new new.

There was a female and also a male assistant in the store. I dealt principally with the male assistant. He dealt with my wife and I in a very friendly and easy manner. At no time did he adopt a pushy "salesman like" manner which we would have automatically resisted and which we have experienced in other furniture type retailers. He explained the different types of mattress to us with the various advantages etc and we tried the mattresses out and used a machine which purported to indicate the type which would suit our needs.

Very knowledgeable staff, including the use of sleepmatch to find the list of potential mattresses. Advice given where needed but also gave us enough space to discuss our needs together without feeling pressured. Overall we were highly satisfied with the service and information provided.

We were assisted by Anne who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

The advisor was excellent in his understanding of what we wanted and was very good at making sure we got what he wanted
