Our sales assistant Kevin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Qualities which are in short supply these days. Whatever you're paying him, double it!

Highly satisfied by our experience in Dreams (Cheltenham) due to Anne who was excellent in her customer service and support. Very good product knowledge and what I embrace as traditional customer service. Anne was keen to meet our needs over and above anything else. Non pushy sales service was also very welcoming

We were greeted as soon as we walked unto the store and shown to the area where the items we were interested in were displayed. The assistant, Kevin, explained the options available and then left us to deliberate. After making our decision the order was placed and delivery date agreed. The whole experience was seamless and our dealings with Kevin were exemplary - he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, with a sense of humour thrown in!

The employee who helped us was very attentive during the visit, felt really welcome. Had transparent and good conversation about the products. Very high product knowledge. It made our purchase so much easier, built trust. We are looking to go back in a few weeks to buy another bed for our spare room as we have just moved into a new property. I cannot remember the name of the employee but he had a store manager badge

Kevin at Swindon Village could not have been more helpful. Excellent information given, exceedingly helpful. I had phoned first and it was because of Kevin's telephone manner that I then went to the store. I was so impressed by his manner and his knowledge of the products. Don't normally write reviews but Kevin was excellent in every way.

Kevin was excellent, only reason I put satisfied over highly was because I already knew exact requirements for my purchase and it was straight forward. We will be coming in for Divans

Kevin was the assistant. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and patient; he made me feel comfortable when trying the beds and gave me plenty of time on my own to really try the beds out. For me, an important feature of the visit was being able to enjoy a conversation (with Kevin and the lady assistant in store) and have a laugh!! Kevin had a good sense of humour which was a pleasant change from some of the grumpy shop assistants.
