Dreams - Cheltenham

We have shopped twice at Dreams in Cheltenham. Love the beds and my king size revived mattress is truly the best ever. We knew we’d get good customer service and have total faith in the quality of the beds so have just bought a gas ottoman for my sons room. Always great customer service from super friendly staff. Not the cheapest beds but you can’t put a price on a comfortable nights sleep. The mattress magic machine the customer lies on to get the right mattress is fab. Great all round.

The assistant was really pleasant and helpful, let us take as much time as we needed and we didn’t feel under pressure.

I was spoken to by a member of staff as soon as I entered the store. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me straight to what I was looking for. Friendly and helpful.

From the moment we stepped in Ian (Cheltenham Gallagher Retail Park) was friendly,knowledgeable and efficient. In actual fact although it was Ian who dealt with us we did have interaction with other colleagues and they were both extremely friendly,pleasant and polite. When we picked out order up it was all ready by the door, well wrapped and Ian helped my husband to the van with it. 10/10

The sales guys were very helpful and patient (especially as I had my daughter and very lively granddaughter with me) they looked after us all, offering us all a drink and they managed to keep my granddaughter occupied too) 🙂

Ian gave us a lovely welcome and attended to our every need.

All of the staff we came into contact with were polite, friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. They answered all questions and showed us different products but also left us alone to discuss and we didn’t feel pressured by them at all which I have felt in other furniture stores.

A number of types available to try no forceful selling left to make our mi da up but assistance there if needed altogether a stress free process
