Anne the sales assistant could not have done more to help. I have bad back problems and she did not rush me and made sure I could get on and off the test bed .At the end of my choice,which did not take long due to her help and knowledge she gave me a bottle of water. As it was a hot day it was very gratefully recieved.

The young man who assisted me was extremely helpful. I have never used Dreams store before but will certainly visit again. The overall experience was speedy and pleasant. We'll done!!

Kevin at the Cheltenham store was brilliant. We got assessed for the mattress so we knew what we were looking for. He helped us shortlist to three then left us to try them out before coming to a decision. He also gave great guidance on the storage options and headboards
