The service was excellent, and we found exactly what we were looking for in a short amount of time.

The service offered by the shop assistant was excellent. We were greeted on entering the store and given the opportunity to use your computerised system to ensure I had the correct mattress for my comfort. It was overall a very pleasant and fruitful visit as it resulted in my purchase. 10/10

Really helpful staff, there to answer questions and talk through what we wanted but also left us alone to walk around, no pressure. We were offered a water while doing the paperwork. All in all great customer service.
