No problems and very efficient

Anne was very informative and helpful and also Kevin. It made it easy to choose the mattresses we needed.

Staff were fantastic welcoming friendly we were offered drinks all staff were great had a fantastic experience an great atmosphere

All the staff were lovely. The main employee who helped us was Kevin. He knew his stuff & was there to help us when I ordered over the phone the next day. There was also another helpful employee but I cannot remember his name, maybe Ian? Think he was the manager. He helped entertain our boys whilst we looked. This was amazing as it meant we weren't worried or stressed about them whilst we shopped. I am very grateful for that. So overall our visit was great! We chose the mattress & bought it the next day with the help of Kevin.

Anne (B316) and Ian the Manager at the Cheltenham store were very friendly and helpful and fully understood our needs and offered a good range of choice. Anne offered her advice without being pushy and her knowledge help't us make our choice our bed. We look forward to recieving our bed.

Just enough well informed attention

We were not rushed or felt like we were being given the hard sell. Staff were informative and helpful. Delivery time only a week which fitted perfectly with our house move

We walked into the store and were met with a very friendly man called Stephen. He wasn’t pushy but was extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly and put us at ease. We did the test mattress simulation thing then tried lots of mattresses. We then left the store to think about it. A week later we returned and ordered our favourite. The whole experience was how retail could and should be. Most retail experiences these days are awful but this truly was a Dream

Both assistants were really helpful and patient. They answered all questions knowledgeably. There was an excellent choice
