The store was very well organised and the member of staff who dealt with us (Kevin) was very helpful guiding us to the item we needed. We felt the item was very good value for money and the delivery time was what we had hoped for. Very good service all round.

Purely due to your employee, Kevin! He was really happy, helpful & not pushy at all. We actually left the store as it was the first one we had been in and returned mostly due to his customer service. I’m very indecisive but picked a mattress the same day because of the quality of the product & all the advice he (and 1 other gentleman) gave.

The service was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and funny too. Perfect from the start to finish. His name was Kevin Bello. The guy was absolutely brilliant.

Pleasant service and plenty of time to make decisions

We were able to purchase a suitable base and mattress with the manager guiding us to what type of mattress would be best for us. The delivery time is great, although our first choice of colour for the base would have taken several extra weeks but happy with what we’ve chosen.

Kevin was very helpful he answered all my questions. Compared with the next shop I visited on the day where they just waved a hand that there were some more beds/mattresses upstairs.so I was really impressed with dreams 100% helpful.

Kevin at the Cheltenham Gallagher retail was friendly and immediately put us at ease in searching for a mattress for our spare bedroom. We got to test the available mattresses and he talked us through the options and gave his own opinions which were very helpful. We got a great price and also went away with pillows which we had not planned to buy, but were a great offer and something we were considering in the near future.
