The store manager, Ian, was incredibly helpful providing a wealth of knowledge in order for us to be completely confident in the order we placed. He was exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly valued as customers. He took the time to explain, in depth, everything we needed to know about mattresses, pillows etc allowing us to get the most suitable items. Could not have asked for a more helpful, or kinder sales assistant!

Shopping for a bed at Dreams was as pleasant and relaxing as it could be. My assistant, Kevin, was friendly and helpful. His product knowledge was excellent and his manner put me at ease without any hint of pressure. The range of choice was excellent enabling me to make an informed decision about my purchase.
