I had 2 wonderful staff members assist me: Anne and Ian. Not only did they really know their stuff but they were also absolutely lovely.

The manager was extremely helpful and understanding. I was made to feel extremely valued as a customer and was put at ease very quickly.

The sales assistant explained all options fully - showed us all the different types and provided expert advice ... saved us money and was very efficient

I haven’t bought a bed for years and felt quite nervous about choosing the right one . Fortunately along came Kevin to greet us and felt at ease straight away . It was a wonderful experience from start to finish . He was extremely helpful, showing us which beds were suitable and then leaving my daughter and myself to try the beds several times . He was attentive but not pushy.

The staff gave us time to think about the product we were purchasing with our any pressure the Covid measures were in place the store was well stocked availability was good good delivery dates not too long to wait overall good weldone Cheltenham store

We received a friendly warm welcome on entering the store from B316 Anne. On explaining to Anne we were looking for a mattress she quickly advised us to assess our need on the test bed which she kindly explained about and took us to it. Anne then proceeded to take us to all the beds recommended. Once we had made a decision we were taken to the desk where all our details were taken, checking they were correct at every stage. We were given a bottle of water which was most welcome. The order was placed with ease. We were offered a selection of delivery dates.

I visited Cheltenham store with my husband. Staff was very friendly and really helpful (Kevin-0316) . Did the test with bed. We always went for firm mattresses and found out we actually need medium. We had plenty of time to try the mattresses. Overall very satisfied.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive from the moment I entered the store. I was offered sound and helpful advice on choosing the bed and mattress.

As soon as we arrived, whilst we were approached by one of the sales team we were left to browse to product and bot pressured into selecting any particular style. When we were ready to discuss our requirements your sales rep. let us know the various options and specifications and made valuable contributions tht tfinalised our decision.
