Dreams - Cheltenham

Kevin was really helpful from entering the Cheltenham store to leaving. Asked us plenty of questions, showed us the different Ottoman beds which we asked for abs answered all of our questions whilst being friendly and remaining socially distanced. Once we had chosen our bed the process was streamlined and he even gave us both a complimentary bottle of water!

Ian was amazing at Cheltenham Branch it’s a shame that the customer service at the Gloucester branch was very poor

The service I received in store was second to none. Had a really lovely chat with the store manager whilst placing my order and he could not have been more helpful. Gave me plenty of time to make a decision and wasn’t trying to force the sale which I highly appreciated. Will definitely return next time I need anything Dream’s related!.

We were served by Michelle at the Cheltenham department. She was very helpful and friendly and listened to what we wanted and recommended things that would suit us best. We went to the store hoping to find our new bed and within the hour it was chosen, paid for and delivery in less than 4 weeks. Very happy customers!!

All assistants were very helpful and friendly, found what we needed but also showed us options, I think the assistant was a trainee but was very knowledgable and seemed to have good training with the areas that she didn’t know

My wife and I found Kevin extremely helpful and friendly, and everything was explained well to us.
