All the staff were friendly and approachable, took time to understand our needs and made appropriate recommendations. The process was explained. We felt under no pressure at all to make a purchase

Kevin was very knowledgable and friendly. Showed us all the relevant products and even offered us a drink. allowed us plenty of time to consider our choices and was never pushy or impatient. Overall a very good experience and we found what we were looking for. Well done Kevin!

We were given great information on the bed we wanted, staff were friendly professional and not pushy, we were able to order our bed quickly and were happy with the delivery time frame.

Kevin was very helpful in his knowledge of the various mattresses in the store. Showed the complete range of firm mattresses that your “ ideal bed “ thing recommended. He gave us plenty of time to then wander round on our own before we made our decision. Ordering was straight forward too.

The first time i entered the young man was so helpfull. i could not stay to test the matresses that the machine reccommended. really great that the machine prevented me from having to try all the beds in the shop. When i returned having found your shop after entering another bedding shop, as the paper with the selected matresses did not have your shop name on it. Anne B316 was most attentive and watched me turning on the matresses and agreed with me that i turned better on the one i ave now bought. I have already told my friend to go to your shop.

Finlay, your employee, was friendly, knowledgable and handled our order with ease and humour. sorted a mattress in less than half an hour. we thought we'd be in the shop for much longer.

The assistant that dealt with us, Kevin was helpful and personable and tried to ensure all our questions were answered. On our return to the store (the same day) Kevin was with another customer so we waited for him to become free. He made sure to engage with us and explain and his manager also made us feel welcome while we waited.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and honest when it came to mattresses described as being a match for us. This was our 1st experience using the sleep match machine, so hoping our choice has been more scientifically led.

Greeted promptly by a very friendly assistant who seemed genuinely interested in us and how best he could help us. Was never 'pushy', didn't try to sway us but offered balanced assessment of each option relative to our initial specifications. He made it a very pleasant shopping experience. We knew we were going to buy something from him immediately - it was just a case of what - and he helped us navigate the options with patience and professionalism
