The customer branch manager, Ian, was brilliant. He explained very clearly and was descriptive, and took his time to explain and to be with us. As we are both deaf, he allowed me to sit next to him (with social distancing), and guide me through the ordering process on the computer. Wrote things down too. Had humour too.
