Although we had to wait to be served because of Covid we felt very protected and social distance was adhered to, all Staff were attentive and polite, we were served by Kevin ( B316 ) who was very patient with us, time aws not an issue and he allowed us time on our own to decide on what Mattress we wanted. Very impressed with the sleep machine! Although we ordered a much more expensive mattress than we anticipated we are of the opinion of 'You get what you pay for! ' and we really hope that the Mattress when it arrives in Jan 21 lives up to the cost.

Very good service by Kevin, well explained the product for our needs also liked the sleep advice machine in store which recommends mattress is a big stress reliever. This was our biggest concerns as there are thousands of different types mattress available and choosing from them manually would have been difficult task.

We were met by Kevin who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. We were able to make use of the "sleepmatch" technology which we had not used before and found quite novel. The most difficult decision was choosing the right mattress for us from a range of comfortable ones!
