I believe the sales man name was Kerry in Cheltenham branch he was fantastic with his help and guidance along with a lady the previous day I don’t know her name sorry every single member of the sales team were brilliant thank you

Ian at the Cheltenham store was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for and was very accommodating to all my needs and answered all questions I had with confidence. The store was very busy, with people coming to the doors all the time, late on a Sunday afternoon and yet I never felt rushed or hurried in a decision. He took his time to deal with everything in his stride. He was never overtly pushy in his selling which made me far more comfortable to shop with him and trust him to help me make my decision. Could not have asked for a better salesman or experience.
