I found the whole experience to be personal and caring . My daughter was also entertained and shown some of the electric beds and beds with Tvs She had the best time while we looked through the store. We were directed to the right base as well as the mattress and felt we bought exactly what we came for . Thank you to Ian in Cheltenham branch for looking after us .

We were offered help by a polite sales assistant, Kevin. He offered us assistance whenever we needed it, and introduced us to the bed which then ascertained that I needed a medium firmness for a bed. This helped to focus my choice of beds. Kevin was very good at giving us details of each one, which helped greatly in making our choice. He efficiently found when the bed would be available for delivery, told us details of the price, and the good news that my old beds could be collected.All in all, a very calm and reassuring experience. Thank you.
