Very welcoming staff. We had 2 visits to make our minds up and different members of staff were very attentive. The whole process of perchase, although not hurried was very plesent. PS the coffee was excellent

Steven, the guy who dealt with my enquiry, was highly knowledgeable about the products and explained the process clearly and succinctly. He was never pushy and allowed me plenty of time to make my choice.

I was rather dreading buying this new bed as I am very recently widowed. The store was not overly busy, which helped and the kind, efficient, helpful lady, who assisted me , was really wonderful.
