Dreams - Cheltenham

We were a little late for our appointment as we couldn't find the shop ! On arrival, Kevin was very welcoming and told us it wasn't a problem being late and knew my name straight away. Very professional and in command without being at all 'pushy'. Social distancing was clearly explained and we felt safe at all times. The sleep machine was an excellent feature and Kevin explained what to do clearly and concisely. We took plenty of time trying out the recommended mattresses and were impressed that Kevin had chosen the pillows specifically for us. When we had made our choice, the order process was very simple and we were pleased that we could have it delivered within a week. The other options and costs were explained well. We were also grateful or the bottle of cooled water we were offered. Overall we were impressed with the whole experience.

My partner and I were thrilled with our recent visit to Dreams, Cheltenham. Upon entering the store, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Ian and (after using the sanitisation station) we explained we were on the market for a new mattress as we had recently cancelled an order with a competitor. We got to experience the Sleepmatch to determine which mattress would suit us best, and Ian took us round (at a safe social distance) to trial several options. We narrowed it down and made our final decision with the help & expertise from Ian, after which, we sat down to finalise the purchase (where we were kindly offered a bottle of water each). At the time, we were given a delivery date which is brilliant given the current circumstances. We cannot thank Ian enough for his help - he understood our requirements, was attentive and courteous and maintained a social distance. His knowledge and customer service is fantastic! We even purchased two new pillows that day!
