Because of the staff, Kevin in particular was fantastic, very knowledgeable and took pride in welcoming us to the store and help us out as best as he could, he is a real asset to the company.

Customer service was excellent, I was greeted as I entered the store and the advisor introduced himself and offered his assistance should I need it. I was left to browse the store and try the beds I was interested in. When I was ready I called Steve over to assist me. He gave me a pillow to give me the best experience of the bed I had chosen. We discussed my needs and Steve told me about the experience and training he had received to help me select the perfect bed. I tried others for a comparison and went back to the original bed. Steve explained the benefits and construction of the bed I had chosen. At no time did I feel under pressure or rushed to purchase anything. Once I had decided, I was invited to take a seat to place my order. I was given a bottle of water and the order was processed. Terms and conditions were explained along with the offer of an extended protection for the bed which I declined and was not an issue. Once the sale was completed I was given a booklet on all I needed to know along with the receipt and thanked for my custom along with reassurance that if there was anything I needed to know I could contact Steve on the telephone number inside. Amazing service!!

Steven was great. We visited the store in Cheltenham and he helped us from start to finish. His knowledge was incredible and he made us feel very comfortable. When I bring my mum in a few weeks time I am hoping I can get Steven to help us again
