Abdul was very knowledgeable and helpful

We were welcomed at the front door by Jahengir (salesperson) who was excellent - guided us through the sleep motion machineto understand our sleeping style and what we were looking for and then had us try about 6 different mattresses. He was extremely patient and then also appreciated that we had different needs and found us two mattresses - one Superking for our main bedroom and one Kingsize for the guest bedroom, all the time keeping in mind our budget requirements but getting us the best possible options for our budgets. Store Manager was great and checked in to make sure we were totally happy which was fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch to others and also we will be returning to buy a Double mattress when we need it in a month or two. Could not be happier with the service levels we experienced.

The team were very friendly, we were greeted at the door and given a brief consultation, the assistant Debbie directed me to the ‘Sleepmatch’ system where I was offered a refreshment and a pillow best suited to my needs, and then proceeded to find the best mattress for me and my sleeping preferences.

We entered and was greeted by a member of staff holding the door open for us who was very polite. She was busy helping another customer at the time but quickly got a colleague's attention to assist us. Abdul understood what we required and showed us straight to the options that met our requirements and informed us of the prices and differences between the beds.

Gary was very helpful and patient answered all my questions and offered advice and support.

Very good salesman. Friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Great guy.
