Excellent service from assistant manager Ashley and then on second visit from the store manager. Both members absolute credit to the team. Polite, approachable and knowledgable. I’m always hesitant about pushy sales members but neither were. Dreams should be proud of both of these staff

The Dreams assistant Wayne Martin was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable which made the whole buying process and decision making a real pleasure. He was attune to the needs of my elderly aunt and was a real gentleman. The shop itself had taken lots of extra precautions in light of Covid (extra PPE, covers on the bed, extra cleaning, restricted numbers at anyone time) which was another positive feature
