The sales assistant Gary was really friendly and knowledgeable. He understood the factors involved in me choosing my perfect mattress and spent time discussing the options and have my time to consider my order. He did not make me feel pressured to buy at all and left me and my partner to discuss our purchase alone for sometime. He was really professional and the store was clean and adhering to using protective products. We were greeted at the front of the store and welcomed by another friendly sales person who was really nice and smiled a lot. Felt like they couldn’t do any more to help us in store. It was a really good experience and I trusted the sales person completely. I will definitely return for a new bed frame in the future. The price was also value for money and really like the r recommendations on pillows from the sales person. I never spent so much on pillows but I trusted him and am really pleased with my purchases.
