Garry was the bomb, he was with us the whole time, recommend great wagu steak recipes. However he wouldn't sing E17's greatest hits to us.

The assistant was very informative about the base/mattress that I looked at , I tried different mattresses and he helped me choose the right one for me

I was very pleased with the product, knowledge of salesman on product, the offers to go with product, I had an overall delightful experience in purchasing my new bed!

Gary (the assistant) was very attentive, friendly and knowledgable. Straight away got me analysed for the right type if mattress for me. Showed me a few different options. What I like was that he didn’t try to sell me the most expensive one. Asked me my budget, then gave me a few different choices. He knew about all the different mattresses.

I received great customer service, all the questions I had was answered easily. Provided great information on the insurance product as well. The ease of the transaction was helpful especially as I had a crying baby with me.

Very impressed with my level of service got inside the store Ashley accommodated all my needs from giving me a bottled water and testing the bed machine (forgot the name) making sure I knew exactly what I needed, he was very professional, polite and communication was on point, as he was also dealing with other customers, bless him running around the store to make sure his customers were happy and buying products to which point, I bought the bed frame and matress got two free pillows with my purchase. I cant wait to receive my new bed... I love my pillows. Thank you so much for making me one happy customer. I bought my product outright I am so pleased as a early birthday present to myself.
