Was seen by Ashley immediately didn’t have to wait for a member of staff, he was very knowledgable and polite. And spent time with us explaining the differences in the beds and prices.

The sales guy Ashley was extremely helpful and was very informative and had a lot of product knowledge, which was beneficial to us ! Great customer service - he was worth waiting for !!

We were treated with the utmost respect and Ashley took time to accquaint us with the various mattresses that were available to us.

I dealt with two members of staff, mainly Scott who served me directly. The knowledge of the products on offer were extensive and he was able to find me exactly what I required and also compared prices on different items for me.

Ashley was a fantastic advisor when it came to our needs. He was friendly, polite and immediately came to help us when we entered the store. He showed us round all of the different beds, was honest about every product, explained everything in thorough detail and even offered us a coffee.

Ashley was very friendly and helpful .He took me straight away to the mattress that I had been looking at on line and explained about the springs memory foam etc .I found the mattress to be comfortable and just right for our spare bedroom and at a good price .The ordering was very quick and straight forward and the delivery time suited me perfectly .
