Right from the start I was taken to the bed I was looking for (having seen on your website the one I wanted). Your colleague in the store was very helpful and showed me the mattress simulator which I tried out thus discovering that the mattress that came with the bed as a set would be fine for me.

initial visit was several weeks ago, staff were attentive and gave as much assistance as I could have wished, we purchased pillows and left with options for a suitable mattress . I returned to place order and staff were again helpful.

More staff needed thier was only two staff on the floor serving other customers i had was to wait over an hourly....Thanks to one of your staff he multi task and assisted me whilst dealing with the other customer...

Great customer service. Wayne at the Chingford stoor was very helpful and griendly. Took a lot of time while I tried the suggested mattresses. Found a great product. Was just dissapointed that the bed frame that i wanted was not available for over 7 weeks.

Very friendly staff when I explained what I was looking for very helpful no hassle very stressfree experience I went to IKEA first which was a joke so when I got to dreams I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and experience and the choice that was provided

We were served by Paula who is excellent! She was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped source products from other branches too even when it was not in this store. We always get extremely good service. We are regular customers at this store and have bought products such as bunk beds, wardrobes, beside tables, two Tempur Paedic mattresses, Sofabeds, Ottoman and so many other items of furniture. We had looked for a Sofabed for my mother in DFS and they did not match up to the quality and price what Dreams offered. Dreams had the perfect Sofabed for my mother and she is really happy with it. Similarly we came to the store to buy only a bunkbed for our kids and we ended up buying so many more items of furniture as described above. We are always able to try the items before we buy. The other members of staff such as Jahangir also served us and they are always helpful and polite. They offer us a cup of tea always and show that they care. Paula has always been a stand out for us in terms of her service and she goes out of her way time and again to provide the best service to us. My in laws also bought from here and we recommended this store to our friends too. Keep up the great work!
