Staff were helpful and not pushy and offered beverages. The premises was clean and tidy. Ordering was straight forward.

We had friends dropping in to stay unexpectedly and needed a mattress which we could store away but also we could take with us. The young man who served us was attentive and professional, he took time to explore the different options as the mattress we bought was almost 4 times of the cheapest option. He did not rush us and he carried it to the car for us. We felt valued, understood and cared for. Definitely will go back to dreams for any future needs.

We were politely offered help which we took up, Jahanger was very knowledgeable and explained our options in an easy to understand way. He didn't over sell and left us plenty of space to make the decisions we needed to. He was friendly and answered all our questions and also made helpful suggestions.

Ashley greeted us,offered a drink and gave us a general overview of the store He gave us time to look round alone and very helpful provided pillows so we could test the beds properly Once we had found the beds we liked he explained the difference answered our questions He check delivery availability and left us to make the final decision of which bed to order

Scot was very helpful & knowledgeable about the products. He was happy to help our 12 y/o granddaughter choose her mattress, even though she tried almost every one in the store.
