Ashley was very helpful and took his time to go though all our options and understand what we wanted. We didn't feel rushed or made to feel we had to purchase anything. Only issue was you had run out of pillows and mattress protectors.

I was in store to purchase a mattress for my bed and a mattress for my spare bedroom. After Ashley talked us through the order of a mattress for my room he helped me choose a mattress for my spare room. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He helped with a discount too.

Good staff customer service by the store staff.

Wayne was very helpful, explaining the different types of mattresses. Myself an my partner we’re buying our first mattress for our first home which Wayne made very easy!

Ashley, was the guy who helped us, was lovely. Asked us if we wanted tea or coffee. Showed us around the store for over an hour until we were really happy with our choice.

We visited Dreams on Saturday not really intending to buy anything. Wayne greet us and showed us around. We found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. He was also friendly and seemed to be looking out for our best interest. Because of this, we made a purchase on the day.

Helpfulness of the a salesperson. Knowledgeable, polite, patient and helpful. Not pushy, which is a big plus
