The shops assistant was very friendly and helped us structure our search in a very good way.

My daughter and I were servied by Wayne at your store on the North Circular near Chingford. He was exemplary in his attention, knowledge, manner and attitude. Someone who could be held up as an example to others. Its extremely rare to get this level of service he is a credit to you and himself. Thank you

Throughout our visit to Dreams we were very pleased with the efficient, respectful and polite way in which the assistant (Ashle) responded to our queries with regard to buying our purchase. He offered us cool drinks and tea as it was a very hot day and I gratefully accepted his kind offer.

The sales assistant was extremely patient, being partially sighted Ashley took time to explain each catogary of. Different beds I was interest in, which made choosing the correct bed for my needs much easier. I was very happy with his experience and patience.

We were treated very well with the full attention of your salesmen and made to feel unrushed or pushed into a purchase plus we had a laugh and felt relaxed and all our questions were answered

Opportunity to to try a bed machine which calculates how you sleep and which type of mattress is best for you. all questions were answered and we were shown numerous mattresses with different prices which we could try out first before deciding which felt best for us. Sales person was very helpful and patient.

Store was very clean. I was able to go and find my bed as I knew what I was looking for. Found an assistant. Extremely polite talked us through pillows at first got pillows bargain. Then talked and show me with the bed I wanted. Demonstrated it took us to the till area. We used the toilet with was very clean well done for that also. We brought the bed good delivery date. Quick and easy. Well done to jahanger very polite, curtious and very efficient. Not pushy but sold me my bed thank you 😊
