The staff was very understanding and in no time show me exactly what i was looking for

We came in to see what type of mattress we’d like. We were offered to try the machine and then talked through the options. The sales assistant was knowledgable and helpful, and checked our chosen item in the clearance section. The mattress we wanted was there. We were talked through all of the options on guarantees, offered drinks and got additional items to our order thrown in. Very happy.

There was a good range of mattresses and divans to look at and very helpful and friendly service from the assistant

We were greeted upon entry, asked what we were looking for and taken directly to the products we needed.

Ashley was great, he offered us a drink of water as it was a really hot day, he worked out what we needed and our price range and managed to find the perfect kingsize mattress for us in our budget, and we took it away same day with two free pillows!

Our bed consultant Paula really spent the time to listen to our feedback and never did a hard sale which made us feel really comfortable, she was really personable and friendly. Ashley helped us put through the sale at the computer and was very polite and professional!

Jahanger was very receptive to our requirements. Carefully explained the different types of base and mattresses we wanted. Did not rush us and we eventually found the correct beds. He also offered us a coffee. Great service.
