Dreams - Chingford

Jahanger was so polite and knowledgeable which is in contrast to my visit to a bed store in Enfield Town 30 minutes prior. He took time to explain the differences in the mattress and demonstrated the ottoman beds to allow me to find the one I had seen on line. Just a pleasant experience.

Wayne Martin made our experience really smooth and excellent. His greeting was very friendly, he offered us drinks immediately, he gave us amazing pillows to walk round with to try the mattresses and he put us on the unique sleep match system before we even started looking at suitable products. He did not pressurise us in any way, and he recommended the correct mattress for us, not the most expensive one.

The salesman Jahanger gave us the time we needed to decide on our purchase. He helped us when we asked for it but also gave us the space to discuss things amongst ourselves. He was patient and knowledgable and at no point did we feel pressured in to making a purchase.

Good product and nice affordable range of mattresses and deals on them

Greeted as soon as we entered the store and offered a drink. Introduced himself (Wayne) then allowed us some freedom to have a look around, but then popped over when he could see we were interested in a item, and was able to advise us and answer all of our questions. Thought the sleep match was a great idea, he then showed us the mattress that was best suited to our needs, also provided pillows to make sure we were happy with the comfort of the final mattress we picked. We felt that Wayne was very customer focused and by giving us the time to look around and not being hounded the whole time helped us to find the items we wanted. We also felt that Wayne was very friendly and personable. We also felt that the insurance cover for both the bed and the mattress was a really good deal.

wE HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND THE ASSISSTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL SHOWING US A VARIETY OF OPTIONS.

Wayne was lovely! We were lucky enough to bump into him again as he has previously served us at the brimsdown store! He was pleasant as always and a pleasure to talk to!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive

Louis assisted me with my questions and also gave me the space i wanted to look around and try out mattresses. He also showed me extras without pressuring me into making a purchase but relying on sales experience. Once i checked out I left a mattress cover at the store that Paula who made a great cuppa tea offered to deliver it personally after her shift which is incredible. I collected it myself anyway as the gesture was too kind.
