I was given a drink, provided a assessment of my sleeping postion to give a suitable type of mattress, discussed my requirements and a suitable amtress was found quickly. Also provided some good pillows to go with the mattress. A bed fram was found, but the delivery time was too long for our requirements

I entered the store and the assistant greeted me after a few moments and I was happy to speak to her about my needs, she let us walk around the store and look at the range and I came back to her when I found the solution I needed, I told her what my needs were and she did me a deal giving me everything I needed for the simple need I desired. She was very kind and attenstive when helping my folks with the sleep pro machine aiding them on what kind of Mattress that they would need for a future visit.

The sales assistance was very enthusiastic and understanding. Great customer service explaining every single detail of the process to purchase a mattress.

As we went into the store staff welcomed directed us to use sanitizer provided and offered bottles of water. We were assisted for the products we selected Mac was very helpful and gave us maximum discount that he could. Overall we were very satisfied.
