A staff member helped us promptly and efficiently and gave us enough time to ourselves to consider options. He made us coffee and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy. He helped us choose the right TEMPUR mattress for us and explained the product. The overall customer service made our trip to Dreams in Chingford highly satisfactory

Glen is a true credit to Dreams and this Store and certainly should be recognized for his knowledge and his genuine attitude to helping his customers the best he can. The service he provided was excellent and he made what could of been a headache of ordering multiply beds and mattresses into a walk in the park.
