Dreams - Chingford

W was approached straight away and upon telling Ashley what we was loking for he wasted no time in finding what we wanted. We explained that our current bed was so uncomfortable and he talked us through some options. we tried out 3 beds and was very undecided but ended up going for our first choice. Nothing was too much for Ashley he was very helpful.

Great assistance and knowledge about the product. We were offered drink and we are desperate for coffee at this point so that was just perfect (despite arriving 10 min before closing time!). Great customer service.

I was met with a professional and caring approach with regards to my enquiries and also more importantly my needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful and made my first visit to the store very welcoming and I left satisfied and content with the entire experience. I was provided with nothing but a professional and kind service. Even when leaving I was wished a very nice evening by members of staff that I had not had the pleasure in dealing with whilst in the store. First class service with no recommendations of how to improve. Well Done.

Pleasantly surprised by the customer serviced received. Both members of staff we spoke to (Jahanger and Navill) were very helpful and friendly. Navill in particular was very helpful in helping us chose a matress - he was on hand to answer any questions we had without being pushy or overbearing. He was very knowledgable about the products.
