Assistance from the moment. I entered the store. I had a limited budget and the assistant was happy to work with me on this. I was given a cup tea! Every body very friendly.

Friendly and professional advice on the product. Also alternative products were shown to compare before we made our choice. No pressure from the assistant. When we had made our choice of the mattress, other items were offered which were discounted too.

The Sales person Glenn was extremely helpful and patient with me, he was kind enough to explain the best mattress for the back ache I was experiencing at the time. He was also very hospitable and offered me tea or water which was very impressive. He went out of his way to ensure I got the best product at the best price, he also made life easier for me as the mattress that was recommended was in the store so I was able to go home same day with the product.
