We only went to look and the way Glenn & Cathy explain to us we spend over £7000. Glen was very very help full.

I have been putting of buying a new bed and matress , I only popped into browse and end up getting a bed and a new mattress so I’m happy I popped in. I can finally decorate my bedroom she was kind , friendly and she showed us around , very lovely lady.

Staff was very helpful . Me & my wife only went to look at some beds . We end up spending over 7k.

Came in and was approached by a sales person within 2 minutes. Offered a beverage. Was given time to explore around the store. Finally made the purchase, after further description of our requirement, explanation of delivery, costs and return policy.

the customer service was very good, he give us good informations. the quality of the goods are good.the advisor( Ashley) he, was very highly experienced.

The person that helped us ha a very good knowledge of the products.

The advisor gave us all the options that were available to us and answered any questions that were had despite it being past the closing time of the store that we were in. He still took his time and assisted us all through the process which we were very thankful for.

Ashely was very helpful and knew when to leave us to look further at the products and make a decision on our own.

The mattress was for my mother who is 95 years, the store attendance was very patient and gave me the time to choose the appropriate and suitable mattress for my mother, so I was impressed and happy I choose to shop at dreams for thiis very important item for her.
