Loved the service from the moment we walked in we were offered a drink and in 2 mins we had teas... Very warm welcome and great assistance with our choice of sofa bed.. Highly recommended..

Staff were very friendly. The gentlemen that dealt with my enquiries was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions.

We came to the store to find out about Adjustable beds and check out the range and the prices. Our assistant Jahanger, was excellent , he was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. I was impressed too how he paid attention to other customers also shopping in the store . He left us to try out the beds to attend quickly to the other customers , we tried out the different beds and watched the video, and he didn’t pressurise us in any way. But as always on hand to help. An ideal salesman. We were impressed with the quality and the range of adjustable beds and his attitude in particular . We have yet to decide on which bed, but Dreams will be top of our list .

Got what I wanted

It was useful to try as many matresses as possible before purchase (as i hadn't bought one before) - great product range.

I was highly satisfied as Scott the assistant was very clear in explaining everything and organising delivery. Scott was patient, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Glenn who served us was very efficient and courteous.
