Staff were very knowledgeable and gave us time to make a decision, I liked the faceted they didn't push us to make the sale.

Glenn was very helpful and struck the right balance between assisting but not being imposing. He had a good sense of humour and ensured the purchasing process was efficient and pleasant.

The guys on the shop floor knew exactly what type of bed I was looking for to fit the loft conversion and lack of storage and did heir best to explain the durability of different types of mattresses as well as finding me a good deal.

Only popped into this store to feel a mattress before we ordered online and ended up walking out the store with the mattress we wanted and at a fantastic price, the gentleman that served us couldn’t have been more helpfully and would definitely recommend this store to other people

When we entered the shop we were offered tea or coffee which was a nice surprise and very welcomed as we had come a long way .The assistant and manageress could not be more helpful and kind(which is very unusual now a days) and it was a pleasure coming into Dreams

We has just been visiting Ikea for a sofabed, but we could not find anything we liked. We thought we would give Dreams a change as it was on the way back home, and had a past good experience. We were greeted by Imran, who looked smart and was friendly, showed us where to look, offered us some drinks and left us time and space to decide. There were 4 or 5 sofabeds to chose from, all very good and to our liking. So we bought one. Imran assisted in providing details about delivery, quality and how the products compared. He also took us through the payment process. All in all a great experience, now we have got 2 good Dreams experiences to look back to!

The person who served me was very friendly (Imran) and I always get offered a drink when I come in to visit. I was looking for a long time and had to come back to Dreams as they offered the best deals as regards to quality and long term guarantee. I was getting an ottoman bed and most guarantees lasted for 1 year, whereas dreams as a guarantee lasting 8 years for just a one off payment.

Very polite helpful and could answer the questions I asked which in some cases now a days is hard to come by, very pleased with scotts ability.
