we had a lovely experienced assistant who's name was Ashley who was very helpful and accommodating a very good sales man thank you

We were allowed to view the products at our leisure and then when we were ready an assistant was available

Ashley the man who helped me was very sunny personality help me choose the right bed for my sons purpose was not rushed a pleasure to do buisness with

Glen was very understanding and gave us time to decide and didn’t make us feel awkward. He was also very knowledgeable. Lots of beds to chose from and a wide range.

Glenn was extremely helpful, friendly and knew a great deal. His manager was extremely friendly and helpful too! They were an absolute joy & could not fault the service I received!!!! 1st class - Give Glenn a pay rise, that's what I say!!!!

The assistance we received was very good, and the memeber off staff (Glen) had good knowledge of the products and although assisting us throughly, also gave us the space to discuss our purchase in private.

Ashley who served me was very helpful and informative about the products I required. He led me around the store explaining the various options I had and quoting me prices of the various items. He offered me tea or coffee on two occasions and throughout my visit was attentive to my requirements. I have purchased goods from this Chingford Store on several occasions before but have never been given the assistance, attention to detail and pleasant manner that Ashley showed towards me. Well done.

Ashley did a great job helping us buy 3 beds. Especially good was the sales pitch about jumping up and down on the drawers, very impressive, sold it instantly. Very attentive.
